Features include 12 or 24 hour time display, countdown from 00:00 to 99:59 (customizable), countdown from 99:59 to 00:00 (customizable), stopwatch (up to 100 minutes, countdown includes minutes, seconds and hundredths of a second), custom intervals, pre-programmed "Fight Gone Bad" (10 second countdown, then execute the entire program, interval buzzer beeps once for each new move and twice for each rest period).
The cross trainer timer features large 113 x 64 mm LED digits that are visible from 100 meters away. It is made of 17 mm thick aluminum to ensure it will stand the test of time. The timer has a wall mounting option and looks great on the wall of your gym.
The timer comes with an illustrated instruction manual, power cord and remote control (35 meter span).

Interval Timing: Store up to 10 programs from P0 to P9, under each you can set up to 9 interval timings with at most 99 rounds. Timing in minutes and seconds; [P1 MM:SS] stands for workout time, and [P2 MM:SS] stands for rest time.it allows users to repeat the set intervals as many times as necessary. This functionality is especially useful, as it allows individuals to maximize their workout time, leading to better fitness gains. With the timer's ability to repeat intervals, users can change exercises or rest for a few seconds or minutes before restarting the cycle.
Countdown/Up: Support stop/start/reset, runs in minutes and seconds. [dn MM:SS] stands for countdown, and [UP MM:SS] stands for count up. Max support 99 minutes 59 seconds.
EMOM(not included from regular function):Set up any EMOM between 00:00 and 99:59 in minutes and seconds. Runs up to 99 repeats at most, and the repeat number displays at the first two digits in blue color.
