Competing time:

1. Professional competition: generally 12 rounds, each round is 3 minutes, totaling 36 minutes.

2. Amateur competition: generally 3 or 4 rounds, each round is 2 minutes or 3 minutes, totaling 6 minutes or 12 minutes.

 

Competition equipment:

 

1. Boxing gloves: 16-ounce boxing gloves are usually used to protect the hands of players and reduce damage to opponents.

 

2. Mouthguard: Players must wear a mouthguard to protect their mouths from injury.

 

Contest rules:

1. Scope of blow: Only blows to the head and torso are allowed, other parts such as the back of the head, lower body, etc. are illegal.

 

2. Foul penalty: According to the rules of the game, foulers will be warned by the referee, fined or terminated early.

 

3. Knockdown determination: If the player is knocked down, the referee will start timing. If the downed player cannot stand up within 10 seconds, the opponent wins.

 

4. Fighting skills: Boxing mainly uses boxing gloves to control strikes, allowing the use of straight punches, uppercuts, uppercuts, straight punches and other techniques.

 

Competition Rating:

1. Scoring criteria: Boxing matches are usually comprehensively scored by professional referees based on effective striking, defense, technology and overall performance.

 

2. Score calculation: The referee will award 10 points to the winner of each round based on the game situation, and usually award 9 points or less to the loser. In the event of a draw, both teams will score 10 points each.

7. Prohibited conduct:

 

1. No head or elbow attacks.

 

2. It is prohibited to use knees, feet or other non-boxing movements to attack.

 

3. Biting, scratching, wrestling or other obscene behavior is prohibited.
