A2: The countdown and count up mode is hour:min:sec, the stopwatch mode is min:sec :100th of sec.

A3: Yes, it will work fantastic indoors. I used it outside on a sunny day and it was good. Brightness is adjustable as well as color.

Q4: Is this clock able to be wall mounted?

A4: Yes, it can be wall mounted, there are two hang holes on the clock back, also can be ceiling/ stand on table/ tripod mounting/car mounting
