Besides, you can disable/enable 10s preperation coundown and buzzer sound by this remote as well.

When using the remote, just point the remote to your interval timer. Make sure batteries are loaded in correct direction.

Besides quick access to stopwatch, tabata and FGB, you can also setup your interval timings under shortcut keys P0-P9(number keys 0-9) and just press the corresponding key to acess your preference workout intervaling.

Besides pre-built in Tabata and FGB, you can also program your preference of interval timing by your workout design. You can save up to 10 programs under each you can set up 9 intervals with at most 99 repeats. To start setup your program, press any button on P0-P9(digits number 0-9), and then press Edit buttom, now you are under interval timing program mode. Interval timing runs in Minutes Seconds.
